UK Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and cannot be varied by any written order placed by the customer. Any amendments must be agreed in writing between the parties
2. Each order (unless specified by Pamela Joseph Ltd) is payable on a 100% proforma basis.
3. The supplier reserves the right to charge interest on accounts which are not paid in accordance with their terms at 2.5% per month above the prevailing banks base rate at Barclays Bank.
4. Claims for non-delivery will be accepted up to 21 days from the date of invoice.
5. Claim for damages and shortages must be notified in writing to the supplier and to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Damaged parcels must be signed for as "damaged".
6. No liability for damages, shortages or any other defect can be accepted except under these conditions.
7. Orders of £1000 (ex VAT) or more are carriage paid by the supplier. Orders for less than £1000 (ex. VAT) will incur the charges for internal delivery by Post Office which, will be invoiced to the customer and is payable in full.
8. The risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with the supplier until such time as all sums due and payable to the supplier have been paid. The supplier reserves the right to recover possession of goods which are not paid for strictly in accordance with the payment terms set out herein. Nothing in this clause shall be construed an indicating that goods are sold on a sale or returns basis.
9. No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. If authorisation is granted, a special "return" label will be supplied and only returned shipments carrying this label will be accepted. Any merchandise received without prior authorisation will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
   We can not accept returns if: -
   • Merchandise was shipped in perfect condition and in accordance with your specific instructions
   • Styles have been discontinued.
   • Merchandise is not in original unbroken packages as shipped.
   • Merchandise is soiled or otherwise unsaleable.
   • You have been unable to sell the goods. (No Sale or Return)
   Unless agreed in writing by Pamela Joseph Ltd., a handling charge of 15% will be imposed apon all goods returned
10. Price will be subject to VAT at current rate at time of invoice.

2. Payment terms proforma by Bankers Draft, L/C or Telegraphic Transfer, Strictly Net, specific payment to be agreed by both parties before shipping.
3. The supplier reserves the right to charge interest on accounts which are not paid in accordance with their terms at 2.5% per month above the prevailing banks base rate at Abbey National.
4. Claims for non-delivery will be accepted up to 21 days from the date of invoice.
